Non-Conflicted Model
A10 is not tied to any commercial real estate brokerage firms, nor do we have in-house property management, leasing, or sales departments. That leaves us free to act in your best interests, not ours. We will bid out your property to a number of commercial real estate brokerage firms to ensure you get the highest quality service at the best price. And at A10, we don't use asset management as a way to generate other fees.
No Hidden Fees
Unlike many other TIC asset managers, our TIC asset management fee structure is fully transparent. You won't be surprised by any hidden fees. Beware of asset managers who advertise a lower % fee than ours, but then tack on miscellaneous charges for things like accounting reports and insurance renewals. Those hidden fees can add up to the point where the total cost to you ends up being substantially higher than A10's stated fee.
