A10 and its founders own and manage an income producing portfolio consisting of 8.7 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail and approximately 2,000 multifamily units. LEGAL OVERSIGHT

  • Become single point of contact for legal counsel

  • Provide practical suggestions to legal counsel
  • Leverage A10’s paralegal staff to minimize legal expense to investor group

CAPITAL BUDGET

  • Provide construction management services for unfinished developments
  • Assess and develop plan for deferred maintenance, if any
  • Set appropriate reserve accounts
  • Monitor major building renovation and upgrades (additional fees may apply for significant construction)

INVESTOR RELATIONS

  • Prepare consistent and standardized financial reporting
  • Provide monthly financial reporting and analysis
  • Host quarterly investor calls to review status of property and facilitate decision making
  • Make profit distributions

LENDER RELATIONS

  • If applicable, negotiate and manage workout and forbearance with lender
  • Ensure loan payments are made on time (if cash flow is available)
  • Prepare lender packages and solicit bids for opportunistic refinancing prior to and at maturity
  • Provide information for loan compliance (insurance, taxes, etc.)
  • Monitor loan covenants
  • Manage loan maturity
  • Obtain new lease approvals
