Decker is an analyst on the credit team, which is responsible for analytics across all business groups. Additionally, Decker supports and works with the executive team on strategic projects pertaining to corporate development. The most prominent project in this regard has been forming, raising, and managing A10's opportunity fund. He joined A10 as the initial business development officer, helping in the design, implementation, and refinement of the inside sales platform while developing business in multiple geographic markets. He also handled A10's asset management engagements.

He has over 10 years of experience in early-stage business and venture finance, most recently as the Associate at Highway 12 Ventures, a Boise-based regional venture capital firm with $100M under management. Previously, Decker worked in business development, corporate finance, and consulting roles at early-stage companies in New York and San Francisco. He began his career working for Goldman Sachs in a Hedge Fund Strategies Group based in New Jersey.

Decker holds a BA from Brown University, and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is a Leadership Boise Graduate and the founding VP and current President of the nascent Boise Rowing Club. Decker also is a triathlete, active lifestyle junkie, foodie, former elite rower, and weekend craftsman. He and his wife live in Boise and share many passions, especially one for entrepreneurship.
