A10 Capital provides advisory, consulting, and management services for the workout and resolution of all types of troubled loans and real estate. We offer these services to small and medium sized banks, hedge funds, and lenders who are based in the East Coast but hold troubled loans in the West. We are not a bank and do not compete for other bank services (deposits, investments, trust, etc.).

Our capital-based services include directly purchasing commercial real estate loans, funding commercial real estate loans that have been declined by banks, and financing the sale of Real Estate Owned (REO) property.
