Because A10 Capital values your time, we have developed an efficient process to purchase loans. Here is how it works:

  • We understand the importance of customer confidentiality and are more than happy to sign confidentiality agreements.

  • Fill out the Loan Information Spreadsheet below and email it to your primary A10 Capital officer (this should only take a few minutes).

  • After reviewing the Loan Information Worksheet, A10 Capital will provide you an indicative loan purchase price (this usually only takes a couple of days). The indicative loan purchase price is subject to verifying the Loan Information Worksheet and satisfactory paperwork to complete the purchase.

  • A10 Capital completes due diligence to verify the Loan Information Worksheet (this usually can be done within a couple of weeks depending on access to the required information).

  • If the information checks out, A10 Capital will work with you or your counsel to complete the necessary loan sale agreements and close the transaction as quickly as possible.
