Mezz & Equity Overview

A10 Capital manages a fund that primarily makes mezzanine loans and equity investments for opportunistic real estate acquisitions. A10 manages the fund, sources potential transactions, and services the loans/investments for the fund. This gives our firm the capability to provide capital throughout the entire capital stack of a commercial real estate project. We consider all situations, but we prefer to invest in value-add and distressed opportunities, cases where our capital and expertise can help turnaround and create significant value in the property.
