Mezz & Equity Overview

A10 Capital manages a separate private equity fund that primarily makes mezzanine loans and equity investments for opportunistic real estate acquisitions. We manage the fund, source potential transactions, and service the loans / investments for the fund. This makes our firm capable of providing capital throughout the entire capital stack of a commercial real estate transaction. We consider all situations, but we prefer to invest in value-add and distressed opportunities, cases where our capital and expertise can help turn around and create significant value in the property.
