A10 Capital is also faster than a depository bank, utilizing its in-house legal and underwriting team to close loans under tight deadlines. Typical commercial real estate financing situations include, but are not limited to, discounted payoffs (DPO’s), acquisition of non-stabilized properties, cash out financing for under leveraged assets and non-performing note purchases.
A10 Capital’s primary focus is providing commercial real estate loans from $1 to $15 million, although larger size transactions are considered on a case-by-case basis. Our core product, a mini-perm loan, also known as a bridge loan, features an intermediate term of 3 to 5 years that is often used to finance properties that need to be leased up before qualifying for permanent financing.
