Jeffrey Weingart
Jeffrey Weingart joined A10 in 2021 and holds the position of Executive Vice President within the A10 Origination Team.
Mr. Weingart has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience in all facets of business development and complex debt and equity structuring. Mr. Weingart has originated over $1 billion of bridge and permanent loans on multifamily and CRE properties and has underwritten more than $5 billion of funded transactions on existing, transitional and development projects. Mr. Weingart has earned the trust of brokers and owners across the country in his abilities to deliver accretive capital solutions to leverage their investments.
Prior to A10, Mr. Weingart served as Director for a major financial institution, originating bridge loans for one of the largest CLO lenders in the country, and served as a Senior Vice President for a private CRE debt and equity shop, providing first mortgage loans and subordinate debt and equity on heavy lift transitional assets. Mr. Weingart’s experience also includes originating and underwriting fixed and floating rate commercial mortgages for a major life company’s balance sheet and CMBS program, as well as, working for two sizable real estate ownership firms.
Mr. Weingart earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Babson College. He holds a Certificate in Real Estate and Real Estate Finance from Boston University.
Mr. Weingart lives in Boston, MA with his wife and two kids and enjoys golf and fishing in his free time.
