Dan Pavlinik
Dan Pavlinik joined A10 in 2013 and holds the position of Executive Vice President within the A10 Origination Team.
Prior to joining A10, Mr. Pavlinik served as an Executive Director at two major financial institutions in San Francisco, New York, and Houston. In this role, he originated and executed financings in both the bank and bond markets for corporate issuers and financial sponsor-owned companies. Additionally, Mr. Pavlinik assisted with the origination and execution of equity financings and buy-side and sell-side advisory assignments.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Pavlinik was with a Distressed/Special Situations Fund responsible for investing in debt, equity, and mezzanine securities in various public and private, control and non-control, distressed situations.
Mr. Pavlinik graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics.
Mr. Pavlinik lives in Boise, ID with his family and enjoys water-skiing and camping.
