Greg Roukema
Greg Roukema joined A10 in 2016 and holds the position of Executive Vice President within the A10 Origination Team.
Mr. Roukema brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate to A10 Capital. He has experience both as a lender and as a real estate operator and investor. Throughout his career, he has utilized the structured finance experience he gained from nearly 15 years as a senior investment banker at a major New York City Investment firm where he closed over $15 billion of debt and equity financings in both the public and private capital markets.
Prior to joining A10 Capital, Mr. Roukema was an Executive Director at a major financial institutional where he originated commercial real estate loans in the New York and New Jersey markets. In this position he was banker to some of the largest real estate operators in the New York market.
Mr. Roukema holds a Master’s in Business Administration in Finance from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University where he graduated magna cum laude and was a Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society recipient. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado.
Mr. Roukema lives in Franklin Lakes, NJ and enjoys skiing, music, and martial arts in his free time.
