Jackie Cox joined A10 when the company first started in 2008 and holds the position of Executive Vice President, Legal & Closing Manager. Mrs. Cox is responsible for oversight of the legal due diligence, loan documentation and closing process, and for assisting with servicing matters, as needed.
Mrs. Cox has been involved on a nationwide basis in the commercial real estate development and specialty finance industries since 1993. Prior to joining A10 Capital, Mrs. Cox served as a Senior Paralegal within a national commercial lending and loan servicing company owned by an affiliate of Fortress Investment Group and an affiliate of Goldman Sachs. Mrs. Cox’s work involved extensive legal due diligence, processing, documentation, special servicing, and closing of complex commercial financing transactions nationwide.
Mrs. Cox previously worked as a Paralegal in the real estate and finance practice groups of two of Idaho’s premier law firms, Hawley Troxell Ennis & Hawley, LLP, and Givens Pursley, LLP. During her time with each of these firms, Mrs. Cox provided paraprofessional support on nationwide commercial real estate acquisition, shopping center development, and commercial loan transactions.
Mrs. Cox holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boise State University. She was recognized by her peers as a 2011 TWIN (Tribute to Women & Industry) honoree and a 2020 Excellence in Finance honoree.
Mrs. Cox lives in Boise, Idaho and in her free time, enjoys camping, skiing, paddleboarding and otherwise exploring the great outdoors, as well as travel and visiting her adult children in Oregon & Texas.
