Tommy Mello
Tommy Mello joined A10 in 2021 and holds the position of Executive Vice President within the A10 Origination Team.
Mr. Mello has over 5 years of commercial real estate experience. Before joining A10 Capital, Mr. Mello was a Senior Associate at a $40Bn real estate private equity fund in the real estate investing group in San Francisco, CA. In this role, he focused on acquisitions and asset management for the firm’s core fund and opportunistic vehicles. He was involved in the closing of over $1.0Bn of acquisitions and asset managed over $8Bn+.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Mello was an Analyst in the public finance group of a top tier investment bank in New York. While at the firm, he was involved with closing over $2.0Bn worth of public financings throughout the U.S.
Mr. Mello graduated cum laude from Villanova University and received a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Real Estate co-major.
Mr. Mello lives in Boise, ID and enjoys adventuring outdoors, cooking, and reading in his free time.
