Michael Boggiano
Michael Boggiano joined A10 in 2023 and holds the position of Executive Vice President within the A10 Origination Team.
Mr. Boggiano has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance and has originated over $5 billion of bridge and permanent loans for multifamily and CRE properties. During his career, Mr. Boggiano has been instrumental in the successful launch of several CRE lending platforms that included small balance, bridge, agency, and permanent loans.
Prior to joining A10 Capital, Mr. Boggiano was a Managing Director for a subsidiary of a major financial institution, where he originated commercial real estate and bridge loans on a national basis.
Mr. Boggiano earned a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Hofstra University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Boggiano is an inactive certified public accountant.
Mr. Boggiano lives in Broward County, Florida, with his family and enjoys outdoor activities in his free time.
